April Showers Bring May Flowers

With the sun finally starting to shine and school ending, I excitedly immerged from my cave of hibernation and have started the endless days of fun! May was a busy month with too many pictures and things to blog about. Again, I picked a few highlights, but because I have so many pictures, I think I'll break each one up rather than put them all in one post. Besides, it is WAY past my bedtime and I don't think I can keep my eyes open much longer. I'll try to post in chronological order.
Ethan finished his soccer season with AYSO. His team name was the SILVER MACHINES. He had a lot of fun playing and has really improved. He is an agressive player and scored at least one goal a game. I love this picture of him scoring a goal because you can see the excitement on his face. Any time his team scored, he would throw his hands up in the air and yell "Score!" and then give his teammates a high five. Even though no official score is kept, Ethan kept track and would hold his fingers up to let everyone know what the score was. He had a great coach and made some good friends. At the end of the season they each got a trophy which Ethan thinks is way cool. He sets his trophies on his dresser and likes to show his friends and family when they come over. It makes me happy to see Ethan having fun and learn new skills, both physically and socially. I'm glad we were able to give him that opportunity to play.
